I gave myself a couple weeks to see if I would calm down, but I haven’t. Every time I see my Cherokee in my driveway it takes me back to all of the lies, excuses and utter failure that Jeff (ZJFABN) put me through for 7 weeks. All I have to show for my understanding and patience with Jeff (ZJFABN) is a hacked up unfinished XJ. I partially blame myself for having the faith in and believing Jeff’s (ZJFABN) continual line of BS.
Here are some highlights:
- I had strep throat…
- Parts were back ordered…
- My welder broke…
- I hired a guy that didn’t work on your stuff…
- I was depressed…
- I have issues…
My personal favorite excuse was “My welder broke”. The reason for this was that while Jeff (ZJFABN) couldn’t work on my Cherokee because his welder was broken, another VJC member posted that Jeff (ZJFABN) did a great job WELDING a bracket for him.
If anyone doubts the validity of what I’m posting, I have every text and every email to back up what I’m saying. I also always had someone with me when I went over to Jeff’s place to discuss design or to check on progress, or the lack there of.
*WARNING*
Under no circumstances let Jeff (ZJFABN) work on your Jeep and if you happen to completely lose your mind and decide to let Jeff (ZJFABN) work on your rig… DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY MONEY UPFRONT!!!! I was lucky to get most of the money I gave Jeff (ZJFABN) back, but I hear that there are some people that have yet to see a dime back from Jeff (ZJFABN) for work that he agreed to do but never started or finished.
